The stalwart has played over 400 senior games for three clubs across the Wimmera but found a new home at the Warrack Eagles.
Fisher said it was nice to reach the milestone, but was focused on the game ahead.
"I don't really think about the milestones sort of stuff, but it is a very good achievement," she said.
"Especially to do it for the Warrack Eagles, who have been such an amazing club.
"But, I really just focus on each game as it comes and don't think about the numbers side of things."
Fisher first played for Rainbow Football and Netball Club and the amalgamated Jeparit-Rainbow Football Netball Club, in what was then the Mallee league, before making 53 senior appearances for Kalkee in the Horsham District league.
"Between the leagues, I found the physicality is quite a big change. In the Wimmera League, it's faster, and the umpiring is something you have to click on to," Fisher said.
"Just with the rule changes there you have to switch on to them and I think it's made the game a lot faster, which I find requires a lot more fitness."
Fisher played her first senior game in 1992 when she was 13 years old.
"I am still loving it. The pre-season may be a getting a little harder, but I'm still loving the game and being around it," she said.
"My body probably wanted to retire a few years ago, but I still love the Saturdays.
"It's the social side of it I like. It's great getting around the girls, and we all enjoy playing together, and we've all got the same goals."
It was Fisher's boss who convinced her to make the move to the Warrack Eagles, and she hasn't looked back.
"It's a great community there, and it's helped on match days with my family, it's a really friendly club," she said.
"It just makes things easier because you know you've got that support everywhere, so it's really nice.
"While I can still be involved, I will definitely be around."
