Delahunty has been a star for the Lions since his arrival, helping guide the side to three premierships in 2014, 2015 and 2018.
Delahunty said he had loved his time at the club.
"My plan was initially to only stay for one or two years, but here I am six years later," he said.
"It's been a bit of tough work. I was riddled with injuries for a while there, so it's taken a bit of time. But it's a massive honour to bring up the 100."
Delahunty, 28, has also been in career-best form across the last two seasons.
The versatile bigman excelled after moving from the ruck and into the forward line last year.
He finished the season with 34 goals and a third-place finish in the Sandover medal for the league's best and fairest.
The team also excelled, finishing the 2018 season undefeated on their way to the flag.
"Finishing third in the Sandover was an honour, but those individual accolades aren't something you hang your hat on," Delahunty said.
"That we went through and won the premiership and had an undefeated season, that was special.
"It is something I'll remember and be proud of for a very long time."
In 2019, Subiaco's key ruckman Zac Clarke was swooped up by the Essendon Bombers, forcing Delahunty to return to the midfield.
Delahunty quickly settled back into the role, averaging 26 disposals per game and helping Subiaco to top-spot on the ladder with just one loss for the season.
"That positional change has probably allowed me to be around the footy a bit more - (I prefer that) every day of the week," he said.
"If we are just talking about hitouts, I don't think I'm winning too many.
"I don't give our mids a lot of first use, but I just try to operate as a fifth midfielder at ground level, and try to beat them around the ground."
While Delahunty is in top-form and showing no signs of slowing down, he said he still had hopes of one day returning to Minyip-Murtoa.
Delahunty said he had kept an eye on the Burras undefeated season and was rooting on his home club from Perth.
"Subiaco - with the exception of Minyip-Murtoa - is my home club," he said.
"I've absolutely loved it here, and certainly won't be playing anywhere else, before I maybe finish it all off back at MInyip-Murtoa."
