Logan Power and Will Jasiewicz have signed for the club, having previously played for Moama in the Murray Football Netball League.
The duo were attracted to the club via a connection with re-signing player Lochie Phillips.
Dimboola head coach Justin Beaugelaar described Power as a skillful half-back and Jasiewicz as a "silky" wingman.
The pair join previously announced signings of Kyle Emery from the SANFL and Michael Bowden.
Beaugelaar said the Roos were hoping to build on a positive 2019 season, with pre-season just around the corner.
"A big driving force last year was to get a consistent brand of footy," Beaugelaar said.
"We will just try to continue that through the pre-season and keep developing our young group."
