There have been 238 cases of coronavirus recorded in Victoria in the past 24 hours.
A woman in her 90s has died, taking the state's toll to 27.
105 people are in hospitals across Victoria, 27 in intensive care and 1931 active cases across Victoria.
The daily council breakdown of cases is not yet available, but a Wimmera Health Care Group spokesman said: "We don't have any official confirmation of a coronavirus case".
Premier Daniel Andrews said additional restrictions on movement could be implemented if infection rates continued.
He reiterated comments that every Victorian was the "front line" of defence against the virus' spread.
"Every Victorian has to play their part," he said.

"Around the city (of Melbourne), spaces that would be crowded normally are not, and that's exactly what we nee to see.
A Victoria Police spokesman said there are currently 8 vehicle checkpoints screening travellers between metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.
"Since we commenced at midnight last Wednesday, we've checked 85,000 vehicles at these checkpoints, the majority of whom are complying with the restrictions," he said.
"We are still finding others aren't: We have issued 150 infringement notices to people who have not complied. The most common reasons is going to meet family and friends or overnight stays, which are clearly not permitted under the chief health officers directions."
He said Operation Sentinel was continuing across the state, where police inspect businesses and premises to see if there are complying with restriction levels. He said police had issued an additional 351 infringement notices for people breaching restrictions in the past week.
Among these were an incident last Thursday night in LaTrobe St Melbourne CBD, where there was a party at a rental house where police were called twice in the one night, with a total of 34 people issued infringement notices. The following day, the owner was issued with a penalty notice for permitting that to occur.
Another incident in Melbourne involved a person refusing to leave a KFC, and a "couple of mates" travelling in a car playing pokemon. Since restrictions commenced, 40 notices have been issued to people visiting beauty and massage parlours.
