Update 3.45pm: A note on how the new cases are allocated
The DHHS notes residential location is the residential address provided when the case is notified.
It says this is not where they caught the infection and may not be where the case currently resides.
Numbers are correct as of 11.59pm Tuesday night but are subject to change as cases are followed up and data is analysed.
"Active cases" are defined as someone who has tested positive, is currently in isolation and being monitored by the Department and who has not yet recovered.

A healthcare group spokesman said the two new cases served as an important reminder that everyone must follow the guidelines and where possible.
"Please do not travel to Melbourne or the Mitchell shire unless it is completely necessary," they said in a statement.
"Remember: Maintain social distancing of 1.5 metres at all times.Wash or sanitise your hands thoroughly, before and after public contact. Stay home if you feel unwell.If you have any COVID symptoms contact the clinic for assessment by phoning 5362 3474 between 10am and 5pm any day.
"WHCG does not have the authority to be involved in contact tracing. That will be handled by DHHS.
"The positive cases will have been told to isolate at home by the Department and if they require any support to do so, we will be able to provide them with advice."
A Western District Health Service spokeswoman said the service currently doesn't have an admitted coronavirus patient at any of its Hamilton, Coleraine or Penshurst facilities.
2.30pm: There have been two cases of coronavirus recorded in Horsham Rural City in the past 24 hours.
The Department of Health and Human Services' afternoon update shows there have now been a total of five cases in the municipality, two of them active.
This is the first time since April 8 an active case has been recorded in Horsham. Its first was on March 28.
No other Wimmera or Grampians council area has recorded new cases.
Earlier this morning, the Wimmera Health Care Group said it had had no confirmed cases.
It has previously said more people arrived for testing at its Read Street Horsham clinic over the weekend.
