The market is expected to have between 80 and 90 stalls on Saturday, a significant increase on the 60 at the October market.
To manage the increase in stalls and patrons, the event has moved onto the sporting fields at the back of the Haven school and tennis courts, with more parking available.
Market co-ordinator Sue Exell said one of the main reasons for the change in venues was to get cars moving away from the busy Henty Highway.
Due to the large crowd at the October market, dozens of cars were parked alongside the road.
"It's too dangerous for people and drivers on the Henty Highway," she said.
"We're going to speed it all up, so there's a streamlined flow off the road, and down the back of the tennis courts to park.
"There's a definite 'in' and a definite 'out' for traffic, so it should all flow smoothly."

Mrs Exell said patrons would also have to sign in for the market to allow for contract tracing inline with COVID-restrictions.
"The event will be run under a strict COVID-plan, with facemasks mandatory and all patrons required to sanitize and sign in at the entrance," she said.
"There's enough space for 4000 people there so it's a nice big space with some really good parking areas.
"It's going to be an absolute record number for us to manage - so we hope people can come along and do the right thing."
The market will run from 9am to 1pm on Saturday.
