Both sides won in the first round of T20s with the Bullants defeating Rupanyup/Minyip cricket club by seven wickets as they chased down the 109 runs needed with more than three overs remaining.
West Wimmera narrowly claimed their first win of the competitions after defeating Homers by two runs.
To take the fight to Noradjuha Toolondo, West Wimmera will be hoping Bradley Alexander can again fire with bat after top scoring last match. The side needs their bowlers to produce another tight and even performance.
After comfortably chasing down their target last match, Noradjuha Toolondo's Matthew Combe will be the danger man, coming off his unbeaten half-century against Rupanyup/Minyip. David Combe was the pick of the bowlers last match and will again be trying to rattle the West Wimmera top order.

Despite strong results last round, both sides are chasing ladder leaders Jung Tigers, who take on the Rupanyup/Minyip in round two at the Dimboola Road Oval from 5pm.
The Tigers were clinical in their win against the Horsham Saints with their bowlers doing the damage.
David Puls, Joel Pymer and Tyler Puls all took multiple wickets last week and will again hold the key to restricting Rupanyup/Minyip batsmen as they aim to hold their top spot on the T20 ladder.
Last week Rupanyup/Minyip has some solid contributions from batsmen Jake Leith and Brent Hudson, but they will need more support from their top-order if they are to challenge the Jung Tigers bowling attack.
Finally, the winless Horsham Saints will take on the Homers at Coughlin park from 5pm.

The Homers lost a nail-bitter to West Wimmera and will be looking for Chaminda Gamage and Adam Atwood to follow up their solid scores from last week and for Craig Britten to again be amongst the wickets.
After restricting Jung Tigers to just 89 off their 20 overs last week, the Saints will hoping for a similar bowling performance from their squad.
But if they are to take their first win of the season, they will need much more from their batters after scoring just 64 last week.
This is the second of four consecutive T20 pool match rounds before the top two teams face-off in the T20 Grand Final on February 14.
