The Horsham export has been named in the backline for the GWV Rebels' round two clash against traditional rivals, Bendigo Pioneers.
Glover has not played the NAB League outfit the past two seasons, due to a knee reconstruction and the forced COVID-19 break.
"She has done a power of work and is a great role model / leader within our Girls program," Rebels head coach David Loader said.

Glover was elevated to the Rebels' peer-voted leadership squad this season, alongside Horsham Saints' Ella Friend.
Harrow-Balmoral's Jorja Jones and Stawell's Crystal Summers join the pair in the round two squad.
The Rebels opened their season with a 4.4 (28) to 5.8 (38) loss against the Geelong Falcons.
"Our girls were certainly disappointed last week but the team felt that they came away with plenty of positives out of the game that will give them confidence coming into this week's game," Loader said.
"The team and each individual player are improving significantly with each game and training session they complete which is our programs aim presently."
