Wes Davidson's principal director Wes Davidson said his business was able to easily move back into working remotely.
"Fortunately we are very well equipped to work remotely," Mr Davidson said.
"The team communicates via phone, email, social media, zoom or facetime as required, and we can access every file as required via our phones or laptops.

"We just can't physically do inspections or in person meetings at present, but we find a solution to whatever comes at us."
To overcome inspections, Mr Davidson said his team have one of two ways to do a virtual inspection for those looking at homes.
"Firstly by getting a professional one done to go online from the start, or secondly by us walking them through the home with the phone in hand," Mr Davidson explained.
Due to the snap lockdown, agents must stay at home but there is another option available even during a hard lockdown.
"Most of our clients opt for a professional video at the start of the campaign," he said.
"The quality is so good from Thea Petrass (professional videographer) that it makes it really easy for buyers to get a good look at the home prior to inspection."
