A MAN has been charged with culpable driving following an investigation into a collision in November 2020. An off-duty police officer was riding a bicycle when it was struck on Sea Lake Road, Sea Lake. A 57-year-old man, of Sea Lake, who allegedly was driving the car, was bailed and will appear in the Mildura Magistrates' Court on May 18.
