Three Horsham footballers have been named in the Greater Western Victoria Rebels squad for the return of the NAB League.
Horsham Saints duo Sam Breuer and Cody Bryan, as well as Horsham Demon Ben Hobbs all made the 33-man squad for the Rebels' 2021 season.
All three return to the fold, having previously made the squad for a 2020 campaign that was abandoned due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Head coach David Loader said he was happy with the squad that will take to the field for his first season in charge.
"We're super impressed with the squad that we have put together and the standout quality of the group has been their commitment to the program." he said.
"It's been a large process working across our regions across western Victoria and the coaching panel have done an enormous amount of work to get to this point in time".
"The players that have been selected in the squad we believe will represent the GWV Rebels and Western Victoria in an outstanding capacity on and off the field."
The 2021 squad features many players from last year's group who were unable to play due to the abandoned season.
The squad played three practice games as well as completing a full pre-season of training to do their best to impress the coaches.
The players will participateate in a NAB League testing day at Melbourne this Saturday.
The Rebels will launch the 2021 NAB League Season with a huge night of football on Thursday, April 1 at C.E Brown Reserve, Lake Wendouree.
The GWV Rebels NAB League will take on the Geelong Falcons at 5pm followed by the GWV Rebels U17's Boys team at 7.30pm.
