Tim Coller, formerly of the Coller Rathgeber Property Group, has joined forces with the team at Harcourts Horsham.
Mr Coller and his sales team officially started with the team at Harcourts on March 1, after preliminary talks with the property group throughout 2020.
He said the optimism within the new property team was high, as the industry faces a post-COVID boom in sales and prices.
"It is exciting, it is really exciting. For the last 14 months, I have operated our sales at Coller Rathgeber solo, which has been fantastic, but it is also good to get some really enthusiastic sales people around me," he said.
"I think what this joining of forces does is it actually offers people a lot better services in real estate than they have had before.
"We have a fantastic team here now of six, and probably the most experience property managers in Horsham are working out of this office."

Under the new arrangements, all of the full-time staff working for Coller Rathgeber will join Harcourts Horsham, with Mr Coller operating a pure sales role within the franchise.
Mr Coller said he was looking forward to focusing on the sales side of real estate and that he was "back, bigger and bolder than I ever have been."
"The sales team is probably one of the strongest, energetic and forceful teams in all of Horsham," he said.
"Certainly as far as buyers go, it gives them a massive selection of properties, and as far as vendors go it opens them up to a massive database of interested parties when they put their property on the market."
Harcourts Horsham Director Mark Clyne was in talks with Mr Coller throughout 2020 and said the move was put on hold due to the coronavirus pandemic.
"Once coronavirus was out of the way we were able to discuss it further and we thought the timing was right for ourselves and his team to come together as one," he said.
"It may have happened earlier if we didn't have coronavirus, so everything went on the back burner as such until we could do face-to-face negotiations."
Mr Clyne said the Harcourts Horsham team was pleased to have Mr Coller on board and believed the merger was the best step forward for the two businesses.
"There are some legislation changes coming to rentals soon, and with a bigger body of people, you can learn and train easier than just having one or two. Basically, it has created a synergy," he said.
"There are so many fixed costs, licenses, insurances, and subscriptions; really there is a big double up.
"By bringing the team together you can eliminate some of the secondary costs and put those investments back into labour, which means that you can deliver better quality service and product to the consumer."
