The Hornets defeated Bellarine by six points on Sunday afternoon to take home the title in Traralgon.
"As a total team they came in and did their job, whether they were playing 20 minutes or two minutes the girls just came in and did their job so well," Sleep said.
Sleep expected that the side would do well and they didn't disappoint.

"I've had a lot of belief in them right from the start, they're an athletic group of girls, who've worked hard on their skills and I'm really pleased where they've gotten to over a limited period of time," he said.
"To see the way they've developed along the way, has been really good and an outstanding result for the weekend, so really happy for them."
The Coach was impressed by his side's depth and ability to cover for each other during the tournament.
"They were outstanding, the two games to get them to the finals on Sunday against Pakenham and Shepparton in particular they were very physical and as you imagine when you get down to win or go home stakes, it does become that little bit more competitive," he said.
"They (the opposition) were very physical despite what the score lines might read.
"In particular the Shepparton game - it was physically taxing, there's some big strong rebounders at Shepparton and we'd lost Miller Carter with a sore knee basically from Saturday night, so we were doing our best.
"We were able to get her on the court for a few minutes to give a couple of our girls a break on Sunday which is nice, but to lose another tall rebounding player and then to get through and perform the way we did on Sunday was really, really incredible and it speaks to the depth of the group as well.
OTHER NEWS:
Sleep who coaches some of the players in their local teams, was surprised how quickly the players bounced back only a day later.
"Even I coached them again in their domestic game on Monday night and I was amazed at the level of energy that the girls had," he said
"We had a couple of girls who weren't there because they were sore but they've still got energy to burn.
"They're a tough group of young girls that's for sure."
