The Bureau of Meteorology forecasts a top of a top of 16°C for Horsham and Natimuk, and a top of 17°C for Nhill, Warracknabeal and Kaniva.
Spare a thought for those in Stawell, which will see a maximum temperature of 14°C.
The temperature in Horsham reached its lowest at 3am, at 2.3°C and an apparent temperature of -1.4°C.
Horsham will warm up to 18°C on Wednesday and 17°C on Thursday, with the hovering around 16°C for the rest of the week.
Despite the frosty mornings, the Bureau of Meteorology has forecast maximum temperatures for winter are likely to be above average for south-eastern Australia.
The Aerodrome saw 22mm of rainfall throughout May, a decrease from 40.6mm in May 2020.
