An Ambulance Victoria spokesperson said paramedics were called to an incident in Horsham at about 4.30pm.
"A teenage boy was taken to Horsham Public Hospital in a stable condition with upper body injuries," they said.

EARLIER, 5.50pm:
EMERGENCY crews were on scene at Horsham skate park on Thursday evening.
The calls for assistance came in just before 5pm.
CFA brigades from Horsham, Ballarat City Staff, and Hamilton were paged to an incident listed as a high angle rescue.
A witness at the scene said a 14-year-old riding a scooter was injured.
"He tried to do a jump into the larger bowl at the skate park," they said.
The witness said it looked like the person slipped and landed on his face and they were unconscious.
Ambulance Victoria, CFA, Police and SES were on the scene.
Ambulance Victoria has been contacted for comment.
