After a difficult period navigating COVID-restrictions, Rupanyup's Commercial Hotel has reopened and was operational on Saturday.
However, the pub does not have a kitchen in operation, creating a void Bonnie and Clyde's Pizzeria were happy to fill.
Rupanyup's Bec Dunlop helped organise the evening, and said it quickly grew far beyond the walls of the Commercial.

"We reached out to Em and Dan Lukazsweski at Bonnie and Clyde's to see if they would get some food delivered for the guys sitting at the pub," she said.
"Then it became a mass community delivery - we ended up getting 148 pizzas delivered, and more from Inglorious Pastas.
"It was well over 200 meals in a 45-minute time span, which was incredible.
"People were coming from Rupanyup, Minyip, Murtoa, even Donald way. They were coming from far and wide.
"It was a pretty phenomenal thing to happen."
Mrs Dunlop said it was pleasing for the community to have an option for dinner.
She said she hoped the event could become a more regular occurrence.
"It was nice to see businesses working together in a small community to get things functioning again," she said.
"We're really trying to keep people in the community, and we're trying to make sure people hang around and support other businesses in town as well.
"The more we can keep people in the area and encourage people to travel to our community, the better."
