Event organiser Sue Exell said the decision was made in late January to postpone the event to November 13 and 14.
"It's a moving target all the time," Ms Exell said.
"Hopefully it will be third time lucky."

Ms Exell said with so many people wanting to come to the event, including people interstate, it was better to be safe than sorry.
"We really want to catch up with past members," she said.
Uncertainty around potential border closures was another factor in moving the event.
"It's all put on hold now. Who knows what November will bring anyway, but we have to have it during tennis season."
The club will still contest finals in February and March, but it doesn't soften the blow for a disappointed committee and club members.
"We're hoping this year our tennis season can finish," Ms Exell said.
"Then we'll focus on November to bring it all together."
On the bright side, Ms Exell said at least it will give the club more time to source historical pictures for the celebration.
"The more time we have, the more information we can display," she said.
