
Motorists might find a slight delay and detour when travelling in or out of Horsham after 6pm over the next few weeks.
The road works on the one kilometre section of the Western Highway began this week.

The resurfacing works will occur between 6pm - 7am from Monday, February 8 to Monday, March 1, on the stretch of road between Derry Parade and Wimmera River Bridge.
There are plenty of road workers directing traffic during this period, the traffic lights at the intersection off Williams Road onto the highway is left on flashing amber lights during the duration of nightworks.

Motorists can expect delays of up to 5 minutes and are asked to obey directions of the signage workers.
