The 2021 ANZAC day service will start at 6:15 am with a dawn service at the ANZAC memorial cenotaph on Hocking Street.

A street march will depart from the RSL on McLachlan Street at 10:10 am, heading down Firebrace Street and onto Hocking Street to finish at the cenotaph.

At 11 am, a commemorative service will be held at the cenotaph, simulcasted through Triple H Radio.

Horsham RSL President Don Pirouet said the event schedule was purposely as "normal" as possible.

"It will be as traditional as we can be. Obviously, the numbers who are going to come and watch we can't control, but I don't think we will reach the 5000 which we are able to have, being a tier-three outside event," he said.

Mr Pirouet said the RSL was happy to host the service in 2021 after last year's cancellation.

"Last year it felt surreal. The fact that we couldn't participate in our dawn service. In light of the COVID restrictions, we did have 12 months ago the day was commemorated with the due respect I believe it deserves, with the lighting of the torch in people's driveways," he said.

"This year, with the easing of restrictions, it has put a bit of a spring in our step. It feels like we are getting back to that normal part of everyone's life, where we can commemorate these days with as many people as we are allowed going forward.

"It is almost like a relief, but it was a lot of work to get this up and running with a short period of time we had to organise it."
